Hazardous substances stored and used in production processes, such as oils, acids or chemical compounds, pose a potential threat to the health of employees and the natural environment. Spill containment berm for one IBC type container (capacity 1000 l) is an effective protection against leakage and spillage of the stored substance.
The spill containment berm is made of a special technical fabric coated with poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate), EVA for short, with a weight of 1365g/m². This guarantees very high resistance to mechanical damage and a number of chemical substances, such as acids or oils. All this allows us to provide a 7-year product warranty.

The mobile and flexible Exflooder flood barrier, 15 meters long and 90 cm in diameter, is an effective alternative to traditional sandbags. It was designed on the basis of conclusions from the course of flood protection activities with units of the Volunteer Fire Department and the State Fire Service from several regions of Poland, as well as tests performed with selected units. It has a single-chamber structure, a self-supporting tank which, when filled with water, takes the shape of a flattened cylinder.
The barrier is made of multi-layer technical fabric with a weight of 900 g/m² and specially selected properties. The material ensures tightness when exposed to weather conditions and UV radiation, as well as increased resistance to mold and fungi during storage. In the structure of the dam itself, elements have been added to facilitate its filling, emptying, anchoring and connection. The volume of an empty, assembled dam is only a few percent of its capacity. Thanks to this, the barrier can be folded and moved many times.
