Mobile tanks

Exflo mobile tanks are a group of specially designed solutions for water transport. They are lightweight, occupy minimal space, and, when needed, transform a standard trailer into a “flexible tanker,” allowing for the transport of water into hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to the use of an advanced polymer fabric and specialized production technology, these tanks do not require a frame or any supporting structure—they are self-supporting and perfectly sealed. Rapid filling and emptying are achieved via connections fitted with certified quick-couplings. The tanks are manufactured in Poland. As a manufacturer, Exflo holds numerous certificates and operates under supervised production processes (including monitoring by CNBOP-PIB).

The GFFF 300 L mobile tank allows you to instantly set up a field water supply and deliver it to areas completely inaccessible to larger vehicles. Flextanker mobile tanks (Waterbase D Plus version) are an innovative solution that transforms your standard trailer into a fully functional “flexible water tender” in just a few minutes.

Thanks to advanced engineering and the use of polymer fabrics, these tanks are completely self-supporting—requiring no complex assembly, additional framing, or heavy support structures.

Once the job is done, simply fold it away. The lightweight, empty tank takes up only a tiny fraction of its original volume, allowing for hassle-free storage.

Guaranteed highest hygiene standards (PZH Certified)

  • The drinking waterversion is made of high-strength, heavy-weave polyester, double-sided coated with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) featuring a minimum basis weight of 930 g/m². Both this material and the quick-couplings usedą hold a stringent PZH certification (Polish National Institute of Public Health), guaranteeing completely safe contact with water intended for human consumption.

Safety / Security

  • To prevent dangerous sloshing of the liquid cargo while driving, the interior of the tanks (depending on capacity) is equipped with a special internal baffle. This effectively limits the free movement of water during transport, guaranteeing proper vehicle stability (provided the maximum allowed operational speed of just 25 km/h is maintained).

Lightning-fast operation

  • The tank has been designed with ergonomics in mind. It features a top inlet coupling (2″) with a Storz 52 connection and a 90° elbow to optimize flow. The bottom outlet coupling, also with a 2″ Storz connection, is equipped with a practical gate valve, allowing you to precisely regulate the water flow. The system is completed by a 1″ air vent located at the top in the form of a specialized plug.

Easy cleaning and disinfection

  • As one of the few products on the entire market, the drinking water version of the Flextanker features an additional, integrated inspection hatch. This practical opening at the top of the tank significantly facilitates all periodic inspections, mechanical cleaning, and the necessary disinfection of the entire interior of the equipment.

Secure mounting and perfect fit

  • Integrated handles make it easy to secure the tank to the trailer using transport tie-down straps. An optional PVC anti-slip mat protects the bottom from damage and prevents the load from shifting. The dimensions of the tanks, ranging from 500 to 10,000 liters, have been optimized to fit the most popular trailers.

On which vehicles can Exflo mobile tanks be mounted?

The tanks are designed for installation on quads (ATVs/UTVs), pickup truck beds, as well as car and truck trailers. Thanks to their flexible design, they adapt to the available cargo space, turning the vehicle into a mobile water tender.

Does the tank require an additional frame?

No, our products are completely self-supporting and pressureless structures. When filling, the tank automatically assumes a stable pillow shape, which eliminates the need for heavy support frames.

How much space does the tank take up after work is completed?

Once emptied, the tank can be folded down to a small size, taking up only a tiny fraction of its nominal volume. Its low weight allows for convenient storage on a standard warehouse shelf.

Can drinking water be safely transported in these tanks?
