Waterbase D Plus are flexible drinking water tanks designed for on-site storage and distribution. We manufacture them from fabric coated with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) featuring low particle migration. The tanks are fully PZH-certified, confirming compliance with Polish standards for materials intended for contact with water for human consumption. They also meet the requirements of the BS 6920 standard and the British WRAS certification, guaranteeing that the water’s taste and odor remain neutral.

Depending on customer needs, we supply structures in stationary or mobile versions, adapted for trailer mounting. These flexible drinking water tanks perform wherever a permanent water supply network is lacking: on construction sites, in field camps, during outdoor events, or in emergency situations. Municipal utility companies and industrial plants also use them as a backup supply source.

Models with a capacity of up to 5,000 liters weigh under 35 kg. Once emptied and folded, they fit into the trunk of a passenger car, and their transport and ground deployment can be carried out by a single person.

  • Service inspection port (Ø10 cm) – equipped with an external thread and cap, allowing for cleaning and fast filling.
  • Air vent with anti-overflow function – fitted with a 90° elbow, it vents air and prevents overfilling.
  • TPU fabric – highest hygiene standard – the tank is made of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane with very low particle migration. The material complies with BS 6920 and holds WRAS certification, confirming its safety for contact with drinking water.

Yes, Exflo technology complies with the strict requirements of Directive (EU) 2020/2184. This guarantees full compliance with the restrictive purity parameters for microplastics, BPA, and PFAS compounds that entered into force in January 2026.

9. What is the warranty period for the drinking water tank and what does it cover?▼

The manufacturer grants a basic 5-year warranty on shell tightness and fixed components. Supplementary equipment and additional accessories (e.g., valves, Storz couplings) are covered by a 2-year warranty.

10. What extreme temperatures can the TPU material withstand?▼

The multilayer technical fabric exhibits very high resistance to extreme thermal factors. Cold resistance is down to -30°C, while resistance to high temperatures reaches up to +70°C.

11. How should an empty drinking water tank be transported and stored?▼

The volume of an empty folded tank is just a few percent of its working capacity. Prior to long-term storage, it must be completely drained, air-dried, and secured in closed crates against rodent access.

12. Can the drinking water tank shell be cleaned with a pressure washer?▼

No, operating guidelines strictly prohibit cleaning the tank using a high-pressure washer. From the outside, the shell can only be safely cleaned using a soft cloth and mild agents.
