Waterbase D Plus (TPU) and Waterbase D are flexible tanks designed for mobile and safe storage of drinking water in the field. Available in two variants, they differ in the type of material used and the scope of certification.

Waterbase D Plus is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)-coated fabric with extremely low particle migration. The tank is certified by the Polish National Institute of Public Health (PZH), ensuring it meets national standards for materials intended for contact with potable water. It also complies with BS 6920 and holds the WRAS certificate – a European quality mark confirming the hygienic safety and neutrality of the material in contact with drinking water.

Tanks allow for quick storage and distribution of water in areas lacking permanent infrastructure – such as construction sites, field camps, outdoor events, or emergency situations. They also serve perfectly as a backup water source for households.

Smaller models (up to 5,000 litres) weigh less than 35 kg and, when folded, fit in the trunk of a passenger car, making them easy to transport and set up by a single person.

Advantages of the flexible Waterbase D Plus (TPU)
	The flexible Exflo tank only requires a flat and level surface. It can be set up on grass, concrete slabs, or sand bedding. It is not permanently fixed to the ground.
	Safe technology: the tank is made of a durable, flexible membrane fabric that complies with BS 6920 and is WRAS certified, confirming its suitability for storing liquids, including drinking water.
	PZH CERTIFICATE: The tank’s outer fabric and all its internal elements have approval for contact with drinking water confirmed by PZH certificate.

	Phthalate-free: The product does not contain phthalates, ensuring better water quality and health protection.
	For emergency use: The tanks are intended for emergency storage of drinking water in accordance with civil protection resource guidelines.
	Cold resistance: The tanks are resistant to low temperatures: down to -60°C.
	Assembly in minutes: Once received, the tank only needs to be unfolded and the fittings installed easily.
	Durable fabric: The special TPU-coated fabric ensures the necessary durability.

	High-frequency (HF) welding ensures a strong bond of the fabric in critical areas of the product.

Tank Construction

Service inspection port (Ø10 cm) – equipped with an external thread and cap, allowing for cleaning and fast filling.
Air vent with anti-overflow function – fitted with a 90° elbow, it vents air and prevents overfilling.
TPU fabric – highest hygiene standard – the tank is made of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane with very low particle migration. The material complies with BS 6920 and holds WRAS certification, confirming its safety for contact with drinking water.
Filling/discharge fitting – 2” BSP male thread, installed in the tank wall.
Custom sizing available – the tank can be tailored to the user’s specific requirements.
